When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email.
We collect and store the alarms you create, mission preferences, streak data, and usage history to provide core App functionality. This data is associated with your account so it can sync across your sessions.
Certain missions require you to take a photo or video (e.g., "Take a photo of the sky," "Make your bed"). These images and videos are analyzed in real-time by an AI service solely to verify mission completion. We do not store, save, or retain any photos or videos captured during missions. Media is processed transiently and discarded immediately after verification. No images or videos leave your device beyond what is necessary for this one-time analysis.
If you subscribe to RiseUp Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, which receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data from Apple.
We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data such as which features are used, mission completion rates, and general app performance metrics to improve the App experience.
We may collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
RiseUp is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
