Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RiseUp: Alarm Clock Missions application (the "App") operated by RiseUp ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RiseUp is an alarm clock application that requires you to complete missions to dismiss alarms. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update any information that changes.
RiseUp offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Certain missions may require you to take photos or videos. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
RiseUp relies on system notification and alarm capabilities provided by Apple. While we make every effort to ensure alarms function reliably:
All content, features, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks in the App are owned by or licensed to RiseUp and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RISEUP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiseUp and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RiseUp is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
